We have some challenges in Audio Visual for 0x17 in trying to get a commitment from AV companies in time for the conference.
If you have some knowledge in this space please ping me. We are likely going to run AV ourselves. So any knowledge on what minimalist equipment to set up, design of the layout: mikes, speakers, cameras etc is helpful. The conference is hybrid, so think about remote participation as being a high priority etc. As much automation as possible is important as well. We have some ideas but we are not experts...
