planned, but I do have a few observations from the 10+_ years of field deployments of fq_codel, cake and LibreQos that I hope will be insightful.
I intend to land a few modifications to cake in particular in this release cycle, and more after this discussion, as well as some thorny issues we are stuck on. I have been soliciting input from the community over here:
