In this talk Evgeny Mekhanik, Konstantin Tatar and Alexander Krizhanovsky assert that you need a very efficient stream scheduling mechanism to handle a busy web server which manages millions of TCP connections, each potentially containing hundreds of HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 streams. Additionally such a scheme must be resilient to DoS attacks. In this talk they will go over the different approaches taken by servers such Nginx, H2O, nghttp2 (Envoy, Apache HTTPD) and then compare them against their work with Tempesta FW.
