[NetDev-People] 0x19: New conference format

Hi folks, We have taken your feedback and reduced the number of conference days. We are going to experiment with 3 days this time (instead of 5). The conference will start on tuesday 11th march/2025 and end on thursday 13th. We'll see how this one goes and whether we should stick to this format. Apologies for any inconvenience.
