I’m looking very much forward to netdev0x18. Unfortunately, I will only attend virtually. Niklas Schnelle will be there in person to give our talk.

I’m sorry to say that I have the same issue as last year. Our expense tool requires a receipt in a certain format, even for the
virtual attendance fee.

 

Kimberley, you were able to help me last year. Are you also in charge this year?

Could you please provide a receipt that contains the following:

Obligatory requirements

1    The full name and address of the taxable person

2    VAT ID number or general tax number of the taxable person. In case of intra-Community supplies (goods/services) the VAT ID number

3    The full name and address of the customer/vendor

4    VAT ID number of the customer/vendor in case of intra-Community supplies/acquisitions (goods/ services)

5    Date of issue

6    Sequential invoice number

7    The quantity and nature of the goods supplied or the extent and nature of the services rendered

8    Date of supply of goods/ services or in case of an advance payment invoice the expected date of supply as well as the date of payment

9    Net amount (taxable base) for each VAT rate or VAT exemption

10    Indication of discounts (if applicable)

11    VAT rate in percent (e.g. 19%/0%) or reference to a VAT exemption/reverse charge

12    VAT amount for each VAT rate and total VAT amount
